Ayble Health just closed a $16M Series A to supercharge its AI-driven digestive and autoimmune care platform. The company, founded by an IBD patient, is already in-network with plans covering 80M+ patients and partnered with Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic. Next up: expanding its multidisciplinary model into autoimmune conditions.
Ayble Health has secured a $16 million oversubscribed Series A funding round, led by Neon with participation from Cleveland Clinic Ventures, Upfront Ventures, M13, and others. The digital health company, founded by an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patient, combines specialized clinical expertise with AI to deliver personalized, coordinated care for patients with complex digestive conditions.
The funding will go toward advancing Ayble's proprietary AI and clinician precision care model, deepening data-driven personalization, and expanding beyond its GI roots into autoimmune conditions — an area founder and CEO Sam Jactel says is deeply intertwined with digestive disease. The company has already built notable traction, becoming the first digital GI solution selected by Amazon Health's Benefits Connector and partnering with Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and Priority Health.
By the Numbers:
Why it matters: Digestive and autoimmune conditions are notoriously underserved, often leaving patients navigating fragmented care. Ayble's model — built on clinical evidence before scaling — signals a maturing digital health approach that prioritizes outcomes and ecosystem trust, which could reshape how chronic GI and autoimmune care is delivered at scale.
