Oncology care company Thyme Care has raised a $125M Series E round led by JPMorgan's Morgan Health, with Humana and CVS Health Ventures also on board, valuing the company at over $2 billion. The funding will support expansion and a new parent entity, Thyme Companies, targeting broader cancer care challenges like biosimilar adoption and clinical trial enrollment.
Thyme Care, a tech-enabled oncology navigation company founded in 2020, just closed a $125M Series E funding round led by JPMorgan's Morgan Health, with strategic backing from Humana, CVS Health Ventures, and several institutional investors. The round values the company at more than $2 billion and comes less than a year after its $97M Series D.
The company is using the fresh capital to fuel growth and launch a new parent organization, Thyme Companies, which will develop independent businesses targeting persistent gaps in cancer care — starting with biosimilar adoption and clinical trial enrollment. Thyme Care itself remains the anchor of the portfolio, continuing to offer 24/7 cancer navigation, oncologist-led interventions, and data-driven insights to patients across the country.
By the Numbers:
Why it matters: As cancer care costs continue to surge, Thyme Care's model — aligning navigation, technology, and clinical oversight around the patient — offers a scalable blueprint for reducing costs while improving outcomes, with major payers already betting big on its success.
