Brain medicine MSO Radial is growing fast, snapping up TMS Health Partners — the management organization behind Mindful Health Solutions' 20 interventional psychiatry clinics. The deal brings Radial's total to 27 clinics across seven states, offering treatments like TMS, ketamine infusions, and Spravato for conditions like PTSD, OCD, and treatment-resistant depression. The goal: make cutting-edge brain medicine more accessible and affordable to patients nationwide.
Brain medicine is going mainstream — and Radial is leading the charge. Management services organization (MSO) Radial has acquired TMS Health Partners, the MSO behind Mindful Health Solutions, a leading interventional psychiatry group. The deal expands Radial's network to 27 brain medicine clinics across seven states, offering advanced treatments like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine infusion therapy, and Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) for high-acuity conditions including PTSD, OCD, treatment-resistant depression, and suicidality.
Radial, backed by General Catalyst, supports its clinic network with drug and device procurement, billing support, and RadialOS — an AI-powered clinical decision support tool. Its network accepts major insurers including Medicare, TRICARE, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. The company also has a research collaboration with Compass Pathways, exploring synthetic psilocybin for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD.
By the Numbers:
Why it matters: Interventional psychiatry treatments remain underutilized due to low patient awareness, payer coverage gaps, and operational complexity. Radial's scaled MSO model aims to close these gaps — potentially reshaping how Americans access next-generation mental health care.
